So we built one: a secure data room, buyer outreach around it, and Vera, an AI analyst that prepares it before buyers arrive, answers their questions with citations for your approval, and flags risk along the way.

The pricing follows the same conviction. You pay when your deal closes — not before, and not if it falls through. We only do well when you do. We're a small, senior team, and we built Dealdrive to be the data room we always wanted to work in.
